Chicken Camille
I found a great recipe site last week and Amber and I Tried Chicken Camille (allrecipes.com
We improvised using a bag of Shake and Bake Italian for the Italian Style Seasoning since none was to be found at Krogers.
INGREDIENTS:
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
* 1/4 cup Italian-style seasoning
* 1 cup barbeque sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place chicken and seasoning in a resealable plastic bag; seal and toss to coat; place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
4. Place sauce in a shallow dish or bowl and dip chicken in sauce to coat lightly.
5. Bake for another 20 minutes; serve with additional barbeque sauce.

Tonite I will be finishing up the pumpkin smashing video. It is much shorter than I had hoped but people were looking strangely and one hit more or less leveled the pumpkin.
I am also tooling around with a new design(again) which is a 3 column layout but I am having issues with some CSS related commands.
