Found this the other day after the sight creator posted in the comments of the Halo 2 Profanity Study.
The site is called soundspoof. The creator uses some soundboards and a modded Live headset to chat with other players under the guise of Mr. Rogers, Dr. Phil etc. For more about the site head here.

Those sound bites are hilarious, but also sad to hear all that, since these kids are the ‘future’
of the world, kinda scary anyway nice find.
