Cutting the Data Connection

March 27th, 2006 · No Comments

Today I pulled the plug on my Data plan for the Samsung i730 through Verizon.

I am trying to avoid the chills and shakes that accompany withdrawal from the bliss I have known that is 24/7 wherever internet.

I had to cut the wireless wire due to financial constraints and an overpowering desire for an Xbox 360. I will save approximately $40 per month now which is a large amount to me.

The 24/7 connection was helpful in running my small business NWflow especially as we expand into our Student Moving and storage venture called Flowline

Although I found a spent about as much time working as I did browning pdaphonehome.com, engadget.com, boingboing.net, and Google Personalized Home-mobile.

Goodbye sweet sweet data.

I spent about 12 hours Saturday in a meeting with other owners of my small business trying to figure out new ventures and iron out our strategy for current operations, which is why posting has been sparse lately.

Look for some Nintendo issued papercraft later tonite.
