About a year ago I found a site called PostSecret. The premise behind the site is that anyone can send in a secret on a postcard they have made. The site is updated every Sunday and is amazing. People share everything from childhood trauma, eating disorders, lost loves, suicidal thoughts and hope. I think that is why I go back, the hope that you see every so often in a card really is uplifting. The site has contact info for hopeline which is a non profit suicide prevention hotline.
