What’s The Deal with “Only in Theatres”
I am so annoyed that everytime I see a movie trailer or poster it says only in theaters. I had previously been under the impression that the tagline meant that the movie would only ever be shown in theaters.
After much googling, it appears the tagline “only in theaters” is reserved for the imbeciles who think that the movie preview which starts with in theaters this Friday will also appear on DVD this Friday.
Thats it no ploy to get more poeple crammed into the theater, just letting you know that at this very second it is only available in the theater/theatre.
