Crazy Exit Poll in Utah

Above you will see a sample of the exit poll results from Utah according to CNN. I have been trying to figure out exactly how to read the Clinton line for the past half hour. Near as I can tell 16% of the exit polling sample believes that Clinton would be the most qualified commander in chief but voted for Obama. I haven’t read exit polls before and I won’t pretend to be an expert but this doesn’t make sense to me. Part of me wonders if the question was as confusing as the results are and voters answered wrong.
