Private Loan Consolidation Update

Sallie Mae is truly evil incarnate! Not only will they not release payoff amounts for our private loans. After we initiated the process Sallie Mae called us and warned us that some companies try to scam student loan borrowers by pretending to consolidate and did we really want to leave the hell hole of a being federally investigative company that is Sallie Mae.
So now we have to do the dance between companies to get this money transferred. If anyone out there is an attourney looking to sue Sallie Mae drop me a line.

SallieMae NEEDS to be reported to the BBB in PA. SallieMae has messed up my life financially and I have no doubt that they have messed up others lives as well. As a borrower, I have done every thing in my power to let them know where I lived every step of the way and they have repeatedly sent mail to the wrong address which means that I have never gotten the mail when I should have received it and they have applied unfair late charges and what not to what was my account. Currently, the loan is in default (because stupid SALLIMAE thinks that I live in someplace called Windermere FL because of some trace they supposedly did)…I have NEVER written them to say that I live in Windermere FL (Heck, I don’t even have the slightest clue as to where Windermere FL is but I am supposedly living at such an address). SALLIEMAE can be sued by me at this point because they are committing defamation and financial injury right now as I am writing this. The law that states this is US Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, No 00-15946, Nelson VS. Chase Manhattan. Because SallieMae also has not “Disputed” this to credit bureaus, they can be further fined another 1000$ under the FCRA Section 623 law. I can also sue credit bureaus at this point because they refuse to correct information due to that being defamation and willful injury, according to Cushman VS. Trans Union Corporation US and FCRA Section 623. I can provide proof of all that SallieMae has done to me personally. They claim to never have gotten some of my letters…I wish I had kept copies of when I had but I thought SallieMae could be trusted. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! SallieMae is incapable of doing their jobs and they are incapable of doing it by the law.
